What do I have to hand over when I pick up the car?

When you rent a car at Ricardo Rent A Car, you need a number of things.

  • A valid driver's license and passport or identity card
  • Address identification such as a letter from the municipality or bank
  • Debit card for the deposit
  • Companies must provide an extract from the Chamber of Commerce (not older than 6 months)

Can I extend the rental period?

Yes, that is only possible depending on the schedule. Please contact us for this.

When will I get my deposit back?

You will receive the invoice for your rental car at the end of the rental period. After checking you will receive the (remaining) deposit back.
